We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly driven individual to join Pearson Language Tests, in the launch of a number of new high profile initiatives and product development opportunities beginning with Pearson Test of English Academic.

Reporting to the VP – Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for working across the education and government sectors in Asia Pacific (Aus & NZ initially) raising the profile and building market share for the Pearson Test of English and related testing products and services. You will: work strategically with existing partners and develop new partnerships with education providers; build relationships with key internal and external (government) stakeholders; and participate in significant business negotiations.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified with an exceptional business development history in the education marketplace. Ideally, you will have experience within the English language assessment sector. Additionally, you will be goal driven, a strategic thinker and have excellent communication, influencing and relationship development skills. You will be driven by the need to meet and exceed expectations and targets.

This role will require business travel in order to establish partnerships, explore market needs and deliver solutions to customers.

Pearson Language Tests are looking for a Test Development Director to join their team. You will be responsible for mangaging the test development team, projects and budgets. Supporting the Vice President Test Development in developing test strategy and implementing plans.
